GARCINIA CAMBOGIA.- WHAT'S ALL THE NOISE ABOUT?


Garcinia Cambogia is the newest craze in the weight loss industry, thanks to it’s endorsement by American Television Doctor , Dr OZ. It’s been around for years, grown natively in Indonesia, India, Malaysia and some parts of Africa. It is used extensively in Malaysia and Indonesia for fish soups and preservation of fish. It recently found it’s way to America and like everything Hollywood touches, it blows up , exaggerates and squeezes dry. The “Lab rats” saw remarkable changes of about 14 pounds compared to the 6 pounds average loss  found in people with the restricted diet.  From this little experiment, it can be concluded to combine your diet with Garcinia Cambogia supplements. Limit your daily intake to 1200 kcal per day using the placebo diet while taking the garcinia cambogia supplements.

What are the side effects of Garcinia Cambogia?


None. It’s a fruit, it’s natural. The supplements however depending on the company making it might come with side effects. First you have to ensure you buy garcinia cambogia supplements that contain 60% HCA for any remarkable results. You also have to ensure you are buying a genuine  product.  It’s an added advantage if you are buying from suppliers who have direct links from areas the plant  is grown naturally .
